Description

I have been interested in self-development all of my working life, never settling for a ‘second best’ version of myself. I have also attended and run many company/customer courses/workshops throughout my career. I have always made myself available in work settings, both with colleagues and customers to help them better themselves whether through coaching/mentoring or straight forward problem solving. I have been fortunate in my corporate career to take on a number of new start-up/transformative business roles in both the financial and automotive industry. I have lead on business strategy, re-engineering of business processes, created new brands and held budget responsibility. I have also lead and presented at major company and customer events. This continually changing and diverse career has led to a necessity to constantly assess my own skills and competencies to make ‘the leap’ and embrace new challenges whilst maintaining a work-life balance to fulfil my own personal ambitions. My next ‘leap’ was to look at how to embrace all of this knowledge and experience to help other people to aspire for more and take ‘the leap’ to fulfilment for themselves.
