At the same time, Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Existentialism elements are integral parts, as is the use of mindfulness, meditation and visualisation where appropriate. I hold a diploma in Transformational Life Coaching, and certificates in Mindfulness for Coaching, in Existential Coaching, and in Group Coaching.
